摘　　要：本文以现实的语料,说明上海方言中一种语法形式——现在完成时态在历史层次覆盖意义上的具体消亡过程,及其在被替换过程中的种种连续过渡现象,并讨论它的理论意义。Based on real linguistic data,the paper clarifies the diminishing path of present perfect tense inthe Shanghai dialect,which is mainly focused on its historical stratum overlap.And varioustransitional expressions are also clearly presented for the whole substitutional process.Then thepaper discusses the theoretical significance of this phenomenon.
