摘  要:根据压裂井套管受力分析 ,建立了压裂井套管三维模拟计算模型 ,模拟计算了套管内压变化引起套管应力变化的规律。据此分析了压裂对套管损坏的影响因素 ,认为套管损坏是多种因素共同作用的结果。通过对区块套损井资料进行研究 ,对压裂井套管损坏的原因进行了对比分析 。A 3D simulating model for calculating casing in fracturing wells is established based on the casing force-summing analysis. The laws of casing stress changes caused by inner casing pressure changes are calculated by simulation. According to the calculation the factors of fracturing influencing on casing failure are analyzed. It is considered that the casing failure is the result of combined action caused by many factors. Through analyzing the data of casing failure wells, the causes of casing failure in the fracturing wells are compared analytically, by which theoretical bases are provided for preventing casing failure under special operation condition.
