关于现代海关管理机制创新的一点思考

摘　　要：作者针对中国海关提出的全面建设现代化海关的发展目标,对现行海关管理机制存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了建立现代化海关内部管理机制目标取向,并运用公共管理理论,从创新海关管理理念、管理制度、管理模式、建立绩效评估等方面进行了分析和探讨。In accordance with the development goal China Customhouse has put forth to build modernized custom houses in an all-round way, the author analyses the existing problems of the present administrative mechanism in the custom houses, suggests the orientation of the interior administrative mechanism of modernized custom houses, and further discusses the innovation of the administrative ideas, systems and modes as well as the establishment of efficiency evaluation systems in the custom houses.
