摘　　要：文章以H.261标准为基础,介绍了常用的对输入码流译码的方法———Huffman译码树。针对H.261标准中译码的主要部分,对块层的ac系数进行译码提出了另一种译码方法———二次解码,详细介绍了该方法的原理,给出了实现该方法的算法,并对这两种方法进行了比较分析。This paper introduces a regular method-Huffman decoder tree for decoding bit stream in decoder part of ITU-T H.261 recommendation. Aiming at the part of decoding bit stream of ac coefficient in block layer,it presents another method-decode in two phases. It introduces the theory and the algorithm of this method in detail and compares these two methods.
