硫酸镁联合甲砜霉素治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察硫酸镁联合甲砜霉素治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床疗效。方法　每日 2 5%硫酸镁注射液10～ 2 0ml(小儿酌情减量 )静滴 ,同时辅以甲砜霉素 0 .75g口服 [小儿剂量为 2 5～ 50mg/ (kg .d) ] ,治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病 12例 ,15天为 1疗程 ,1疗程后观察疗效、起效时间和不良反应。结果　 10例临床治愈 ,2例显效 ,全部在 3天内起效 ;不良反应轻 ,停药后消失。结论　硫酸镁联合甲砜霉素治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病疗效显著 ,副作用少 ,是治疗银屑病的良好药物。ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of ma gnesium sulphate united with thiamphenicol on treating Zumbusch pattern psoriasi s pustulosa (generalized psoriasis pustulosa).MethodsTwelve patients were drop-fed with magnesium sul phate with the dosage of 2.5-5 g per day (the dosage of children should be cut down).At the same time,they took thiamphenicol with the dosage of 0.75g everyda y(the dosage of children was 25-50 mg per kilogram everyday). Fifteen days later ,we wrote down the effect of the treatment,the date when the drug took effect an d the adverse reactions.ResultsTen patients were cured clinically.Two patients a chieved obvious effects.The drug took effect within three days.The advese reacti ons were slight and could disappear if patients stopped taking the drug.ConclusionMagnesium sulphate united with thiamphenicol h ad obvious effect on Zumbusch pattern psoriasis pustulosa with few side-effects .
