细胞周期素E、p21、转录因子E2F-1在尖锐湿疣中的表达

摘　　要：目的　探讨细胞周期相关因子细胞周期素E(cyclinE)、p2 1(WAF1/CIP1)、核转录因子E2F 1在尖锐湿疣 (CA)皮损中的变化及其意义。方法　应用原位杂交技术检测HPV 6/ 11相关CA ,应用SP免疫组化技术检测 3 8例HPV 6/ 11阳性CA患者皮损和 13例正常人皮肤中cyclinE、p2 1、E2F 1与分布。 结果　①CA皮损中cyclinE、p2 1、E2F 1的表达均较正常皮肤增强 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,阳性信号主要分布于表皮棘层和颗粒层。②CA皮损中cyclinE与p2 1的表达间存在正相关性 ,cyclinE与E2F 1、p2 1与E2F 1间无相关性。 结论　HPV 6/ 11CA可能通过细胞周期调控蛋白的相互协调与制约 。ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of cell c ycle-related factors cyclin E, p21 and E2F-1 in Condyloma Acuminata(CA) and t heir significance.MethodsHPV 6/11 associated CA was diagnosed by in situ h ybridization and the expression and distribution of cell cycle-related factors cyclin E,p21 and E2F-1 protein in 38 HPV 6/11 positive CA specimens and 13 norm al skins(foreskins) were examined with SP immunohistochemistry technique. Results①The expression of cyclin E,p21 and E2F-1 in C A was higher than that in normal epithelium and had statistic difference.The pos itive staining mainly located in the upper spinous and granular layers.②There were correlations between cyclin E and p21 in CA,no relationship between E2F-1 and cyclin E or p21. ConclusionHPV 6/11CA might result in over-proliferation of keratinocytes by coordination or restriction of cell-cycle regulated-prote in.
