摘　　要：目的　探讨尿毒症维持性血液透析 (MHD)患者血浆选择素水平变化。方法　应用ELISA法测定 6 8例MHD患者和 2 0例健康对照组血浆P 选择素、血清可溶性E 选择素 (sE 选择素 )含量 ,同时进行颈动脉超声检测。结果　MHD组P 选择素、sE 选择素水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1与P <0 .0 1) ;有颈动脉粥样硬化组又显著高于无颈动脉粥样硬化组 (P <0 .0 5与P <0 .0 1)。结论　P 选择素、sE 选择素水平可作为反映MHD患者内皮功能损害和血小板活化的生化标志物。Objective To investigate the changes of plasma selectin level in the uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods The plasma levels of P-selectin and serum soluble E-selectin(sE-selectin) were measured by ELISA in 68 MHD patients and 20 healthy controls,meanwhile the carotid atherosclerosis of MHD patients was evaluated with B-mode carotid ultrasonography.Results The levels of P-selectin and sE-selectin were significantly higher in MHD groups than in control group(P<0.01 and P<0.01),which were significantly higher in MHD groups with atherosclerosis than without atherosclerosis groups(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusioin The levels of P-selectin and sE-selectin can reflect the endothelial dysfunction and platelet activation in uremic patients with MHD.
