摘  要:目的 对ICU的护理人力资源现状进行调查,以期在短期内能有效改善ICU人力资源紧缺状态。方法 根据分级护理及护理人员的各班工作内容,计算出每个病人24小时内所需的直接护理时数与间接护理时数,再由此计算出护理工作量。在计算ICU护理工作量时,采取了常规工作量乘以机动系数3的方法。将调查结果全部录入微机进行处理。结果 我院ICU护理人员处于缺编状态,护士已达到超负荷工作状态,学历偏低及护士年轻化。提出相应管理对策以期在短期内能有效改善ICU人力资源紧缺状态。Objectives: To investigate the status in quo of nursing human resource of ICU( intensive care unit) and relieve the shortage of nurses. Methods: Calculate the direct nursing hours and indirect nursing hours of every patient according to delivering nursing care at different levels and work contents of different job shifts and then calculate the total nursing workload. We computed the ICU nursing workload through multiply the routine workload by the mobile coefficient 3 and analyzed the outcomes using computer. Results: There was a shortage in ICU nurses and their workloads had been overfull, nurses were less educated and younger. The authors put forward corresponding countermeasures against the shortage of nursing human resource in short time.
