摘　　要：结合数控车间的质量管理实际情况,讨论了车间质量管理组织的职能及信息流的过程,提出了计算机辅助质量信息管理系统构架,建立了车间计算机辅助质量信息管理系统的模型。并从飞机结构件数控机加车间集成环境出发,研究了产品制造信息、生产调度信息和质量信息的集成,介绍了一种通用的以PDM为平台的、基于XML的集成技术。According to the quality management process in NC machining workshop, the functions of quality management organization and the process of the information flow are discussed. The structure of computer aided quality information management system is put forward. The model of computer aided quality information management system in workshop is set up. From the view of the integration environment of the flight structures NC machining workshop, the integrations of product manufacturing information, production scheduling information and quality information are in-vestgated. A universal integration technology based on XML and taking PDM as a platform is introduced.
