山东省卫V项目涂阳肺结核病人治疗管理情况的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨涂阳肺结核病人实际管理方式。方法 通过直接督导肺结核病人了解其实际管理方式。结果 卫V项目期间接受“全程督导”治疗肺结核病人的比例呈下降趋势,合计不足45％(121/271),最低不足10％。结论 肺结核病人“管理方式”的填报应重新界定。Objective To analyze the actual managing mode of smear positive case. Methods Through visiting patient in person to get actual managing mode. Results The percentage of pulmonary TB case who received DOTS showed downtrend during the period of Health Ⅴ program, the percentage was lower than 45% (121/271) in total, and the lowest was less than 10%. Conclusion The managing mode of pulmonary TB case should be redefined.
