郴州市城区医务人员生活质量及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的 了解医务人员的生活质量状况及影响因素。方法 采用分层抽样方法,运用世界卫生组织生存质量量表中文版(WHOQOL-100)和生活事件量表(LES)对郴州市城区8家医院807各医务人员进行问卷调查。结果 2003年郴州市城区医务人员的生活质量量表分低于1996年全国常模分;医务人员的生活质量受多因素的影响;经多元逐步回归分析,影响医务人员生活质量的因素有:生活质量自评分、经济满意度、健康状况、婚姻满意度、医务人员职责、生活事件总分、住房满意度、工作满意度,其中生活事件总分与生活质量呈负相关。结论 郴州市城区医务人员的生活质量有待于针对其薄弱环节加以改善。Objective To study the quality of life of the medical staff and its affecting factors. Methods Through stratified sampling, 807 medical staff from 8 hospitals in Chenzhou were investigated by WHOQOL-100 scale and Life Event Scale (LES). Results The quality of life of the medical staff in Chenzhou in 2003 was lower than that of the Chinese norm in 1996. The quality of life of the medical staff was affected by many factors. Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed that the major factors affecting quality of life were self-reponecl score of quality of life, economic satisfaction, health status, marriage satisfaction, medical staff responsibility, total score of life events, housing satisfaction, and working satisfaction. All of the affecting factors but the total score of life events were positively related to the quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life of the medical staff in Chenzhou needs to be improved in its weakness.
