摘　　要：目的　考评良性前列腺增生症患者生活质量量表 (简称BPHQLS)并应用其测评患者生活质量。方法　通过随机抽取的 2 65例BPH患者的生活质量资料对BPHQLS进行考评 ,并应用其评价不同患者的生活质量。统计学方法包括相关分析、因子分析、轮廓分析等。结果　量表的重测相关系数、Cronbach’sα系数、分半信度系数分别为 0 912、0 966和 0 793。量表结构与理论构想相符 ;以SF 3 6、IPSS症状分、IPSS生活质量评分和国外已有专用量表 (简称BPH QOL)为效标 ,准则效度分别为 0 784、0 493、0 462、0 762 ;本表可以区分患者和非患者、不同病情的患者。应用其测评不同患者生活质量 ,80岁以上组患者低于 80岁以下各组 ,住院患者低于门诊和社区患者 ,插管患者低于未插管患者。结论　BPHQLS是可信、有效、敏感的 ,可作为我国BPH患者生活质量的测评工具 ,应用于临床 ,能为不同患者的治疗提供指导。Objective To evaluate and apply the Quality of Life Scale for Chinese Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia patients.Methods The quality of life data measured from 265 random sampled cases of BPH was used in evaluating and applying the BPHQLS.The statistical analysis methods included the correlation analysis, factor analysis, profile analysis et al.Results The test-retest correlation coefficient , Cronbach's α coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient of BPHQLS were 0.912,0.966,0.793.The structure of the scale was similar to the theory construction. The scale's correlation coefficients with SF-36, IPSS symptom score, IPSS quality of life score and a published BPH-specific quality of life scale were 0.784,0.493,0.462 and 0.762 respectively. BPHQLS could well discriminate the quality of life between BPH and non-BPH patients as well as patients with different degree of symptoms. For quality of life evaluated by BPHQLS , patients' younger than 80 years old was better than that of older patients; out-patients' and community patients' were better than in-patients'; patients' with catheters was worse than that of without urethral.Conclusion BPHQLS is reliable, valid and sensitive, it can be well used in clinical research to provide advice on different treatment for different patients.
