摘 要:利用静电自组装技术在云母基底上制备了硫酸软骨素 壳聚糖的复合双层膜,并运用原子力显微镜(AFM)、红外光谱、X射线衍射仪(X-RD)对复合膜的结构进行了表征。AFM和X RD实验结果显示当壳聚糖浓度在5mg ml,硫酸软骨素浓度在1mg ml时二者可以组装成结构紧密、彼此嵌套的平滑均匀膜,在复合膜上硫酸软骨素以无定形状态存在,而壳聚糖以结晶体形式分布于硫酸软骨素膜网格中。红外图谱表征出这种复合膜的形成是带相反电荷的两种聚电解质间通过离子键和氢键相互作用的结果,体现了硫酸软骨素和壳聚糖之间良好的生物相容性,二者的复合膜将很好地改善壳聚糖膜在生物医学领域的应用缺陷,对实现壳聚糖这种高分子材料的功能化有着极其重要的意义。During the past decade,the study of electrolyte composite films based on electrostatic interaction had been developed quickly.Chondroitin sulfate/chitosan composite films were self-assembled through electrostatic attraction on the positively charges mica substrate.The structure and morphology of the composite films were investigated by IR、X-RD and AFM respectively.The interaction and mechanism of forming the composite films were also introduced.IR results suggested that the strong effect due to hydrogen bonding and ion bonding resulted in the changes of crystalline structure because of the addition of chitosan,which was also confirmed by X-RD test.When the concentration of chitosan was 5 mg/ml and the concentration of chondroitin sulfate was 1 mg/ml,the composite films exhibited a good miscibility at a molecular scale.This kind of composite films is promising in the field of medical materials.
