摘　　要：鉴于常用的湿度传感器和湿度计在精确度和测量范围上的不足,采用合理的半导体技术制作镜面冷却式露点计,提出了几种利用微机的新检测方法。Automation Instrumentation. - 1992, 13(1). -8～10 In order to overcome the demerits on accuracy and measuring range of commonly used temperature and humidity transducers, a mirror surface cooling dewpoint meter is fabricated using reasonable semicon-ductor technology. Also, some new detecting methods based on microcomputer are presented.
