摘　　要：对国内外流量界所关注而又长期得不到统一认识的蒸汽计量标准装置提出了自己的观点,详细介绍了以空气为标定介质的离线气体标定装置方案。The author states his own viewpoint on the steam metering device which has long been concerned by the fellow-workers in flow measurement area both in China and foreign countries but without unified views. The strategy of an off-line gas calibrating device with air as the calibrating medium is introduced in detail.
