摘　　要：介绍一种供高温超导材料性能测试使用的小型金属壳铜电阻温度计及其制作方法,给出了53～300K温度范围内的电阻-温度关系参考表与标定方法。A metal shelled copper RTD used in the performance test for high temperature superconductive materials and Its fabrication are introduced. The resistance/temperature cross reference in the range of 53 to 300K and calculation method are given.
