摘　　要：本文给出了一种利用微型机对扩散硅压阻式压力传感器的温度误差进行综合处理方法,对智能压力变送器的研究有一定的实用价值。This paper gives an integrative processing method to temperature error of diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor with microcomputer.lt is valuable to the research of intelligent pressure transmitter.
