摘　　要：形成国有企业的核心竞争力目前对国有企业具有至关重要的意义。结合对国有煤炭企业的分析 ,从自利性角度提出弱化政府干预 ,强化企业功能的观点 ,试图给出形成核心竞争力的一些思路。It is crucial for the state-owned enterprises to build their core competence. It is proposed that the government intervention should be weakened and enterprise function be strengthened from the concept of self-interested principle. Some ideas are given for the generation of enterprise core competence.
