摘  要:目的 简化糖尿病超声血管试验流程。方法 对包括单纯糖尿病亚组 (n =41)和血管硬化糖尿病亚组 (n =2 0 )的患者组 (n =61)和对照组 (n =17)进行内皮依赖性和非依赖性血管扩张试验。在基础状态、加压时、减压后和服药后 ,分别分析收缩和舒张期血流频谱峰数量、形态及其变化。结果 在基础状态 ,对照组和患者组舒张期血流频谱峰形态差别非常显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。减压后 ,对照组、单纯糖尿病和血管硬化糖尿病组舒张期血流频谱峰形态差别非常显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。减压后与加压时比较 ,对照组、单纯糖尿病和血管硬化糖尿病组舒张期血流频谱峰形态变化差别非常显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 在超声血管试验中 ,定性分析舒张期血流频谱峰形态及其变化即可评价糖尿病患者血流改变情况。Objective To predigest the procedure of vascular test with ultrasound in diabetes mellitus. Methods A test of endothelium-dependent and independent vasodilation was performed in 61 typeⅡdiabetes patents (patient group) including simple diabetes patients (simple diabetes subgroup, n =41) and diabetes patients with vascular atherosclerosis (diabetes with vascular atherosclerosis subgroup, n =20),and 17 control subjects (control group). The peak shape,number and changes of systolic and diastolic ultrasonic blood spectrum were analyzed respectively at baseline,pressurization,decompression,and post-nitroglycerin. Results There were significant differences between patient group and control group at baseline,among control group,simple diabetes subgroup,and diabetes with vascular atherosclerosis subgroup at decompression for the peak shape of diastolic spectrum and among control group,simple diabetes subgroup,and diabetes with vascular atherosclerosis subgroup for the peak shape changes of diastolic spectrum as decompression compared with pressurization (all P <0.001). Conclusion Qualitative analysis of the peak shape and changes of diastolic ultrasonic blood spectrum can evaluate diabetes and its blood flow change at vascular test with ultrasound in diabetes mellitus.
