摘 要:采用液相还原法制备了油溶性铜纳米微粒 ,用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在SJ 5W /3 0汽油机油、CD 15W/4 0柴油机油及GL 4中负荷齿轮油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明 :油溶性纳米铜添加剂可以在一定程度上改善SJ 5W/3 0汽油机油和CD 15W/4 0柴油机油的抗磨作用 ;在较高载荷和浓度下则可以显著改善CD 15W /4 0柴油机油的抗磨作用 ;但其对基础油减摩作用的影响较小。油溶性纳米铜添加剂可望作为减摩抗磨剂直接用于SJ及CD成品油 ,但不宜用于GLOil-soluble Cu nanoparticles were synthesized by a redox method. The morphology of the synthetic oil-soluble Cu nanoparticles was observed on a transmittance electron microscope, while the effect of the synthetic oil-soluble Cu nanoparticles as an additive on the friction-reducing and antiwear ability of SJ 5W/30, CD 15W/40, and GL-4 oils was examined on a four-ball machine. The results showed that the synthetic oil-soluble Cu nanoparticles contributed to improve the antiwear ability of SJ 5W/30 and CD 15W/40 oils, but had little effect on the friction-reducing ability. Specifically, the synthetic additive at a relatively high concentration could considerably increase the antiwear ability of the CD 15W/40 oil under a heavy load. However, it had little effect on the friction-reducing and antiwear ability of the GL-4 gear oil.
