摘　　要：塑料异型材内筋的数量和结构形式繁多。通过分析几种基本样式内筋的成型特点和影响因素,阐述了基本样式内筋模具设计的方法和技巧,并讨论了将结构复杂的内筋转化为结构简单的基本样式内筋进行设计的思路和方法。Amount and structural of internal ribs and their shapes are numerous. By way of analyzing molding character-istics and influencing factors of several basic shapes of internal ribs, design methods and skills of basic internal rib dies werediscussed Design ideas and methods to turn internal ribs of complex structure into basic shape internal ribs of simplestructure were expounded.
