中西医结合治疗突发性聋伴耳鸣、眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中西医结合方法(前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂和中药)治疗突发性聋伴耳鸣、眩晕的疗效。方法 188例突聋患者,随机抽取128例为中西医结合组,60例为西医药对照组。中医治疗方法为口服自拟中药汤剂;西医治疗方法为静脉注射前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)。结果 前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)对照组和中西医结合治疗组治疗突聋及伴眩晕症状其治愈率和总有效率比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),中西医结合治疗组治疗耳鸣的效果较西医药对照组有显著提高,其治愈率和总有效率比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),均未见严重毒副作用。结论 前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)和中西医结合方法均为治疗突聋的理想方案,但中西医结合方法改善突聋患者耳呜症状的效果更佳,治疗安全。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of an integrative medicine therapy (IMT) on tinnitus and vertigo accompanied with sudden deafness. Methods Included in this study were 188 cases with sudden deafness, who were randomly divided into two groups, with 128 in treating group (TG) treated with IMT, composed of herbal decoction orally taken and LipoPGEl intravenously given, and 60 in controlling one(CG) treated only with LipoPGEl. Results There were no significant differences in the curative and effective rates between the two groups (P>0. 05). However, These two rates were significantly higher in TG than in CG(P> 0.01) for the accompanied tinnitus with this lesion. Conclusion IMT is more effective in the symptom improving, like tinnitus, accompanied with sudden deafness.
