网络组织与国家理论的整合之可能性

摘　　要：在国家观分歧严重的时代 ,世界上主要存在着三种国家观 :多元主义、管理主义和阶级主义 ,目前在科学技术发展尤其是国际互联网技术发展的情况下 ,形成了空前的全球化发展趋势和社会政治经济文化交往不断深入的趋势 ,引起了社会学领域网络组织理论的兴起 ,以研究具有竞争、支配、协作、协调、沟通等种种关系复杂的现代社会和现代政治 ;同时 ,社会学领域网络组织理论的兴起 ,也对整合分歧严重的各种国家理论提供了可能性 ,例如从组织的角度研究国家的存在 ,从资源的角度研究权力的运用 ,从矛盾的角度研究种种不均衡问题 ,等等 ,总之 ,网络组织理论的产生 。In a time when there were serious dispute in view of state, there were mainly three views of the state: pluralism, managerialism and classism. Under the present status of technological development, especially of international network technology development, a unprecedented global development trend and the trend of social-economic cultural intercourse have been continually deepened. This has brought about the rise of the theory of network organization in the area of sociology, to study modern society and modern politics with various complex relations among competition, domination, collaboration, corresponding, and communication. In the mean time, the rise of network organizations in the area of sociology has also made it possible to conform various seriously diverged state theories. For instance, we can study the existence of the state from the view of organization, the use of power from the view of resources, imbalances from contradictions, etc. In a word, the emerging of network organization theory may open a new era in the research of politics in a country.
