摘　　要：本文报告101例临床诊断为脑震荡的患者,经CT 发现其中41例有小血肿和(或)脑挫伤。说明现行诊断脑震荡的标准,尚不完善,有待进一步研究和补充,如结合CT 无异常发现等。同时提出应该避免使用或摒弃脑震荡这个临床诊断名称,认为将脑震荡统称为轻型颅脑损伤更为合适。We report 101 patients who werediagnosed cliniclly as cerebralconcussion,however,among them41 cases were found to havemicro—hematoma and/or cerebralcontusion on CT scan.Itdemenstrates that the current crite-rion for the diagnosis of cerebralconcussion is not perfect and needsfarther studies and supplement,e.g,no positive finding on CT scan,etc.Furthermore,we propose that weshould avoid using or give up theclinical diagnostic term of cerebralconcussion,and suggest that it bemore suitable to use the term ofmild brain injury or craniocerebralinstead of cerebral concussion.
