老年糖尿病患者血清甲状腺激素和TSH变化

摘　　要：放免法测定60岁以上64例健康老年人和58例老年糖尿病患者血清甲状腺激素和TSH。老年糖尿病无并发症组与健康老年组比较,T_4、rT_3、FT_4I 和T_3RuR 无差异(P>0.05),而T_3、T_3/rT_3、TSH 则较低(P<0.05);糖尿病有并发症组与健康老年组比较,T_4、FT_4I、T_3RuR 无差异(P>0.05),T_3、T_3/rT_3、TSH 则很低,rT_3显著增高(P<0.01);糖尿病有并发症和无并发症组比较,rT_3显著增高,T_3/rT_3值降低(P<0.05),其它指标无差异(P>0.05)。The concentration of serumT_3、T_4、TSH、rT_3 and FT_4 I、T_3-RuR、T_3/rT_3 ratio were determinedin 122 aged persons.The concen-tration of serum T_4、rT_3 and FT_4IT_3RuR in healthy aged persons(group A)were not significantlydifferent from that in aged diabeticswith no complications(group B),except reduced T_3、TSH、and T_3/rT_3(P<0.05).The T_4 and FT_4I、T_3RuR in diabetics with complications(group C)were not significantlydifferent from that in group A,but T_3,TSH and T_3/rT_3 werelower,rT_3much higher than thatin group A(P<0.01).In groupC,rT_3 was higher and T_3/rT_3lower than that in group B,butthere were no significant differencein other indices.
