摘　　要：目的　探讨恢复期传染性非典型肺炎 (SARS)的淋巴细胞及其亚群的变化 ,为评价SARS患者细胞免疫功能的恢复提供新的依据。方法　采用多色流式细胞术结合血液分析仪测定10 2例SARS患者临床病愈出院后 2个月内其外周血淋巴细胞及其亚群的表达情况。结果　 86 .3%和92 .2 %的恢复期患者其白细胞和淋巴细胞绝对计数恢复正常 ;6 3.7%患者T细胞计数恢复正常 ,在T细胞中 ,T8细胞较T4回升显著 ,分别为 96 .1%和 4 9.0 % ;10 0 %患者NK细胞绝对计数恢复到正常范围甚至高于正常 ;这些指标较急性期患者均有显著升高 ;B细胞绝对计数较急性期更为降低 ;2 6 .5 %患者上述各种指标均恢复正常。　结论　部分SARS患者其淋巴细胞及其亚群在临床病愈后短期内可恢复正常 ,T8细胞和NK细胞计数较T4细胞恢复快。Objective To study recovery potential of cell immune in SARS by analyzing expression of lymphocytes and its subsets in SARS patients during convalescent phase. Method Flow cytometer and hematology analyzer were used to detect the expression of lymphocytes and its subsets in 102 patients of convalescent SARS. Results Normal counts of leukocytes and lymphocytes were found in 86.3%和92.2% patients with SARS during convalescent phase; 63.7% patients with normal T cells were observed; 100% patients showed a normal or increasing NK cells; all of these indices in convalescent patients showed a higher rate of increasing than acute patients; however, convalescent patients showed less B cell counts than acute patients. 26.5% patients showed normal counts of leukocytes and lymphocyte subsets. Conclusion The lymphocytes and its subsets could returned to normal shortly in a few of SARS patients during convalescent phase, T8 cells and NK cells were more rapidly increasing than T4 cells.
