摘　　要：目的探讨MRCP患者在检查过程中扫描参数的选择及护理的重要性。方法在扫描前、扫描中采用多种方式处理患者,并因人而宜。结果通过对758例患者的观察,我们认为在MRCP患者的检查中扫描参数的选择及护理工作是十分必要的,而且要用科学的方法。结论扫描前、扫描中的准备及护理是MRCP患者检查中必不可少的。Objective To observe the importance of nursing and the selection of scanning parameters during the examination of MRCP.Methods Using varied methods to deal with the patients before and during the scanning,and creat a method to accommodate a patient.Results Among observed 758 patients,the selection of scanning parameters and nursing of patients were very important in the course of MRCP.Conclusion Preparation and nursing before and during scanning are absolutely necessary in the examination of patients with MRCP.
