摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT二维和三维成像技术在骨骼病变中的临床应用价值。方法对24例骨骼疾病患者行螺旋CT扫描,且行三维重建,重建方法包括表面遮盖成像()SSD和多平面重建(PR)M。结果二维CT能较好地显示骨骼病变的内部结构,但只能以横断面显示,范围较为局限;SSD可以显示病变的整体形态,但对病变的内部形态不能显示,MPR可以从多个轴面显示病变与周围软组织的关系。结论以二维螺旋CT为基础,结合SSD和MPR是诊断骨骼疾病的有效方法之一,对指导手术治疗有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the value of 2D,3D-spiral CT reconstruction imaging for diagnosing skeletal diseases.Methods Twenty-four patients with skeletal diseases underwent spiral CT(slice thickness 1~3 mm) examinations.Surface shaded display (SSD) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) were used as three dimensional models.Results 2D CT could only reveal intraskeletal structures on axial plane.SSD was supexior to 2D CT in showing the whole shape of skeleton.MPR was superior to 2D CT in showing the relationship between the skeletal lesions and peripheral soft tissue.Conclusion 2D CT combined with 3D CT is an effective method in diagnosing and evaluating skeletal diseases.SSD and MPR have important value for guiding the surgical treatment.
