CT诊断肾上腺大囊肿的价值

摘　　要：目的 :评估CT诊断肾上腺大囊肿的价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 14例手术病理证实肾上腺大囊肿的CT表现。结果 :轴位CT平扫显示肾上腺囊肿 ,呈圆形 8例、椭圆形 6例 ;囊肿最大径 4～ 16cm ,平均 8cm ;囊肿呈均匀低密度 ,CT值 2～ 18Hu ;囊壁光滑 8例、稍分叶 6例。增强扫描 14例均无增强。术前确诊 12例和拟诊 2例。结论 :对肾上腺大囊肿的定位和定性诊断 ,CT是可靠和准确的方法。Purpose: To evaluate CT diagnosis of the Large adrenal cysts. Materials and Methods: The CT features of 14 cases with the large adrenal cysts confired by operation and pathology,were analyzed retrospectively. Results: On axial CT scans,8 adrenal cysts appeared as a round and 6 oval shaped cystic masses. The most diameters of the cysts were between 4cm to 16cm,average 8 cm. All 14 adrenal cysts had homogeneous hypodensity,with a range of CT value 2～18Hu. Eight cystic wall were smooth,6 slightly lobulated. On post-contrast CT scans,there were no enhancement in all 14 cases. There were preoperative correct diagnosis in 12 cases and suspected diagnosis in 2 cases. Conclusion: To locate and diagnose the large adrenal cysts,CT is a reliable and correct method.
