西昌市退耕还草工作现状及对策

摘　　要：实施退耕还林还草,种草养畜。走环境保护与可持续发展的道路,对于保护生态环境调整和优化农牧业产业结构,恢复草地植被,发展农村经济增加农民收入,都具有重要的意义。笔者通过几年的实践,提出在实施退耕还草中存在的问题和解决的对策措施。Turning farmlands back to forests or grasslands, growing grass to raise livestocks, pursuing the coordination of environmental protection and sustainable development are of great significance in protecting eco-environment, bettering the industrial structure of agriculture and animal husbandry, restoring vegetation of grasslands, stimulating rural economy and increasing farmers' income. Based on years of exploration, the authors have brought out the problems existing in the 'Turning Farmlands Back to Grasslands' project and their corresponding solutions.
