摘　　要：国际航行船舶应用的数种防鼠板大都存在一定的缺陷。本文介绍研制的一种新型防鼠板———剪合式防鼠板 ,符合国际航行船舶物料供应指南SHIPSTORESCATALOGUE有关防鼠板的规定 :直径 6 0 0mm ,能适应不同直径的缆绳 ;设计合理 ,能够依靠自身重力自动锁紧缆绳 ;挂置在缆绳上中孔处于封闭状态 ,防止鼠类从中孔穿过 ;坚固耐用 ,通过剪合式防鼠板外缘 5mm宽度模压的一圈凹凸槽和主体墙 8根 1 4 0× 5× 0 5mm的加强条幅增强其整体强度 ;试验验证鼠类不能借助剪合式外缘凹凸槽和加强条幅而攀越防鼠板。Most of the rat guards which are applied on international ships have some shortcomings.We are now introducing a newly devised rat guard-rat guard using as scissors.It matches the related rules about rat guards in SHIP STORES CATALOGUE:diameter-600mm,which is suitable to the mooring ropes of different diameters;reasonable design-it can tighten the mooring ropes automatically by its self-weight;when hanged on the mooring ropes,its middle-hole is tightly sealed,which can prevent rats from going through it;firm and durable-the whole strength is reinforced by the 5mm-thick concave-convex slot on the edge of the rat gusrd using as dcissors,the side and 8 140×5×0 5mm reinforced scrolls;the result of test shows that rats can not go through the rat guard using as scissors by using the concave-convex slot and the reinforced scrolls on the edge of it.Rat guard using as scissors is suitable to be spread on ships.
