摘  要:采用原子吸收法测定及比较厦门白鹭自然保护区鸡屿岛的白鹭(Egrettagarzetta)雏鸟和成鸟体内铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)的含量.结果显示,4种重金属在白鹭肌肉和羽毛组织中的含量都是Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd;白鹭成鸟羽毛中Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn的含量分别为6.029±0.005,0.356±0.100,7.269±1.452,117.275±63.420(μg/g干质量);成鸟肌肉组织中的4种重金属含量高于雏鸟.提示白鹭体内重金属含量随着分布地区、年龄和器官组织的不同而发生变化,重金属随着年龄增长而产生富集,厦门白鹭体内的Pb、Cd、Zn含量高于香港米埔和法国Camargue区域.The contents of heavy metals, lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) in the nestling and adult Little Egrets (Egretta garzetta) collected from Jiyu islet in Xiamen Egret Nature Reserve were measured by using atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The heavy metal contents was Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd both in the muscle tissue and feathers of adults and in muscle tissue of nestlings. The heavy metal content of Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn in the feathers of adult Little Egrets was 6.029±0.005,0.356±(0.100),7.269±1.452,117.275±63.420μg/g respectively. The heavy metal content in the muscle of adults was significantly higher than that in the nestlings (P<0.01). The results suggest that the heavy metal contents in Little Egret will change with the bird′s distribution region, age, and tissue; the heavy metal content can be accumulated in Little Egret and that the heavy metal content of Pb, Cd and Zn in Xiamen was higher than Maipo, Hong Kong and Camargue, France.
