摘 要:1982—1987连续5年,每年分3个播期,对23个小麦品种(品系)进行定位小花注滴接种菌液诱发赤霉病,统计其发病小穗数,利用 Tai G.C.C.(1971)所提出的分析方法,估测和分析了各种供试品种(品系)对赤霉病抗扩展性的稳定性参数,并研究了其中6个抗性不同的品种(品系)病小穗扩展的进程。其结果:(1)环境对品种感染赤霉病有较大影响,但品种之间抗性却有一定差别。(2)根据23个小麦品种(品系)的稳定性参数 (?)_i 和(?)_i 值的大小,将其抗扩展的稳定性分为4种类型。(3)抗扩展性较强的小麦品种(品系),如繁60096、溧阳望水白和苏麦3号,病害在整个扩展过程中,速度都很缓慢,最终发病小穗数相近,但进程稍有差异。Scab(Gibberella zeae(Schw.)Petch)was inducted by injecting inoculation suspen-sion into soiented spikelets in 23 varieties of wheat(T.aestivum L.)for 3 sowingtimes each year during 1982-1987,Stability parameter of spreading resistance toScab for each variety(or strain) was evaluated and analysed by calculating diseasedspikelets and using Tai's method,and spreading process of diseased spikelets wasstudied in 6 varieties with different disease resistance.The results indicated that(1)Scabinfection of varieties was mainly affected by environment,but there are resistance differ-ence due to varieties.(2)The spreading resistance stability of wheat varieties can beclassified into 4 types according to parameters (?)and (?)of stability for the varieties.(3) Spreading process of the disease was very slow in some variety populations withhigh spreading resistance,such as Fan 60096,Liyang Wangshuibai and Sumai3,which had similar amount of diseased spikelets and had a little difference inspreading process.
