甜高粱主要性状的遗传参数分析

摘　　要：选用17份试材进行了21种性状的遗传变异系数、遗传力及遗传相关研究,利用其中9种性状作主成分分析。研究结果表明,含有美国、ICRJSAT 资源及中国甜高粱品种的群体在绿色体产量、籽粒产量及茎秆锤度性状上有较高的遗传变异潜势、遗传力和选择响应,是一部分有价值的遗传资源。讨论了性状相关和甜高粱综合性状改进的有效途径。The coefficients of genetic variations,heritabilities and genetic correlation werestudied for 21 principal traits of sweet sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L) Moech],fromthem 9 traits were chosen and the main components were analysed.The resultsshowed that,the population comprising the chinese sweet sorghum and American,ICRISAT varieties had higher genetic potential,larger.estimate values of heritabilityand stronger selection response in the biomass,grain yield and stalk brix,and ap-peared to be a valuable genetic resources.The effective improving ways of the corre-lated traits and complex selection were also discussed.
