摘  要:在流化床中加入CaO以降低垃圾焚烧时的酸性气体SO2和HC1的排放,然而二者在脱除过程中的相互影响往往被人忽略。该文选取煤与木屑在固定床上混烧,研究了脱硫与脱氯的相互影响,结果发现:混烧时加入含氯物质可以提高脱硫效果,但是对脱氯影响不大。同时加入NaC1也可以降低SO2的浓度。对产物进行电镜扫描(SEM)的分析表明:加入含氯物质后CaO表面有明显的孔隙和结团现象,可以用来解释加入含氯物质对脱硫的促进作用,并为今后实现同时脱硫、脱氯提供理论根据。By adding CaO into fluidized bed, the emission of acidic gases SO2 and HC1 can be reduced, but the inter-affection of simultaneous dechlorination and desulphurization during incineration are often ignored. In order to study the reciprocity, which serves a theoretical basis for applying dechlorination with desulphurization, sawdust and coal are selected and cofired in a fixed bed. The result shows that desulphurization is accelerated significantly when adding chlorinated material, but is not so much to dechlorination. Also adding Nad will reduce the SO2 emission. The analysis of SEM on product shows that: a large number of pores and aggregations are found on the surface of CaO by adding chlorinated material, which can be used to explain the reason of acceleration of desulphurization.
