万福金安配合紫外线照射与单纯紫外线照射消毒效果的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :对比万福金安消毒剂空气喷雾擦拭配合紫外线照射 30min与单纯紫外线照射 6 0min的消毒效果。方法 :实验组用配制的万福金安消毒液对病室空气墙壁喷雾擦洗后 ,再用紫外线照射 30min。对照组只用紫外线照射 6 0min ,然后分别对消毒前、消毒后的空气做细菌培养。结果 :实验组细菌数明显低于对照组细菌数 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :两种消毒方法联合应用更能杀灭空气细菌数 ,减少医院内感染发生 ,且紫外线照射时间缩短患者更易接受。Objective:To compare the effect of ultraviolet exposure of 60 min and MFK spray combined with ultraviolet exposure of 30 min.Method:For the study group,the air and walls were sprayed and then exposued to ultraviolet for 30 min while those of the comparison group were radiated by the ultraviolet for 60 min only.Samples taken from the air of the two groups were cultured respectively.Result:The colonies of the study group were significantly less than that of the comparison group(P<0 01).Conclusion:MFK spray combined with ultraviolet exposure of 30 min is more effective in the ward sterilization.The hospital infection can be reduced.The duration of sterilization can be shortened,which is more accepted by the patients.
