摘　　要：目的 :了解葡萄糖耐量低减 (IGT)患者掌握糖尿病知识的情况及健康教育后IGT患者血糖及血脂的变化。方法 :自行设计调查表 ,以问卷调查的方法 ,调查 30例IGT患者与 2 5例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者掌握糖尿病知识的情况 ,监测IGT患者通过护理干预后血糖、血脂及体重的变化。结果 :IGT患者对糖尿病知识的了解程度比糖尿病患者低 ,自控水平差。通过护理干预 ,使IGT患者的血糖、血脂明显降低。结论 :通过护理干预 ,重视IGT患者的早期健康教育 ,可有效地改变患者的生活方式 。Objective:To understand patients'diabetic mellitus knowledge and BS,serum lipid change after health education.Method:30 cases with low glucose to lerance and 25 cases with type 2 DM received self-made investigation form and questionaire,supervised BS,serum lipid,bodyweight change after intervention.Result:Knowledge level about DM is lower in low glucose to lerance group and its self control is poorer.Nursing can improve this condition.Conclusion:Nursing intervention,early health education can delay diabetic incidence,improve their living quality.
