对胶原酶溶盘术患者实施健康教育程序后治疗效果的观察

摘　　要：目的 :总结运用系统健康教育程序对胶原酶溶盘术患者的效果。方法 :随机将 12 0例分为实验组和对照组各 6 0例。实验组依据系统健康教育程序 ,通过对患者评估 ,制定教育计划 ,实施教育措施 ,应用观察和讨论及自行设定的量表 ,进行反馈、评价 ,达到教育目的。对照组实施传统的宣教形式。结果 :实验组对疾病的相关知识、遵医行为、康复情况及满意度方面明显优于对照组 ,复发率明显低于对照组。结论Objective:To conclude therapeutic effect of systemic health education on intervertebral disclysis patients by collagenase.Method:120 had been divided randomly into experiment group and control with 60 cases in each.In experiment group,design education plan,measuring scale,feed back while control received traditional health education.Result:In experiment group,knowledge about disease,cooperation with doctors convalescence are all better,relapse ratio is significantly lower.Conclusion:Systemic health education can improve therapeutic result in intervertebrac disclysis patients.
