小直径注采封隔器在套管变形井中的应用

摘　　要：针对油水井套管发生错断、变形以及套补以后 ,常规的封隔器无法满足分层措施、分注分采的要求 ,引进了小直径注采封隔器 ,并在现场进行了应用 ,施工成功率 10 0 %。封隔器外径比常规的缩小 7～ 10mm ,可以在139.7mm套管变形尺寸大于 110mm位置通过 ,节约了大量修井费用 ,提高了分注、分采工艺要求。According to the oil and water well casing failure,deformation and casing patch,conventional packer couldn't realize selective zone measure and selective zone injection and selective zone production,so small-diameter injection & production packer is introduced and applied in field.The rate of operation succeed is 100 percent.It is smaller than the conventional packer of 7～10 mm,the packer can go through the reformation size that lager 110 mm in 139 mm casing.It is indicated that small-diameter injection & production packer can reduces work over expense and improve the effectiveness of selective zone injection and selective zone production.This paper introduces briefly,the structure,working principle,main technical parameter and field application of the mall-diameter injection & production packer.
