摘 要:针对川渝地区储层具有埋藏深、高温、高压、高含H2 S以及多产层的特点 ,开发出了分层改造合层 (或分层 )开采完井工具 ,形成了一套成熟的分层压裂 (酸化 )、合层 (或分层 )开采工艺技术。通过现场应用表明 ,该工具不仅分层准确、性能稳定可靠、操作简单、易于控制 ,而且可以缩短试油及完井周期 ,提高单井产量 ,减少钻井数 ,降低开发与生产成本 ,提高了气藏的采气速度和开发效益。In the light of feature deep buried, high temperature and pressure, high content of H2S and multiple production layers in reservoirs of Chuanyu district, the completed well's tools of separating layer treatment and full zone production (separating layer) and their application have been developed and a set of matured technology for separate layer fracture (acid), full zone (separate zone) produced ahs been accomplished. By actual application, it is proved that this tools are not only accuracy in separating layers, reliable and steady in performance, simply operated and easy to control, but also can shorten the well's testing and completed period. All that can increase single well's production, decrease drilled wells and low the developing and producing cost to upgrade the recovering gas speed and development benefit of gas reservoir.
