分注管柱带水咀坐封和流量测试验封工艺研究与应用

摘　　要：针对分层注水管柱需要带死嘴坐封和分层验封工作量大的问题 ,研究设计了低压坐封封隔器和定压开启配水器 ,提出了带水咀坐封和分层流量测试验封工艺。该工艺具有功能多、施工工艺简便等特点。目前已经在河南油田的分层注水井中全面应用。To resolve the problems of traditional separate zone injection allocation in setting with dead nozzles and inability to check sealing. The research of low pressure setting packer and water injection mandrel with fix pressure has been researched and the new technology of setting with water-nozzles and conforming sealing step by step has been realized. Being with the features of the multifunction and convenient operation process, it is widely accepted and used for layering water injection in Henan oilfield.
