桔小实蝇引诱剂改良之探讨

摘　　要：试验通过选取甲基丁香酚、酪蛋白胨、香茅油、甜橙香精油、桔子香精油、番石榴香精粉等引诱物质 ,在果园中对桔小实蝇引诱效果进行筛选试验。结果显示 ,香茅油、甜橙香精和甲基丁香酚按 2 5∶4 7 5∶5 0比例混配时引诱效果最好 ,引到雌虫占总虫数为 5 36 % ,与单剂甲基丁香酚引到的总虫数无显著差异。由此可知 ,适当混配两种引诱物 ,可发挥增效作用。混配的引诱剂能诱杀雌性桔小实蝇 ,对引诱剂的改良有探讨意义。Attractants were screened in orange orchards for control of Oriental fruit fly,Dacus dorsalis (Hendel).A 2.5∶47.5∶50 mixture of citronella oil,orange essence extract,and methyl eugenol was the most effective attractant tested.Only 5.36% of the flies attracted by this mixture were females.There was no significant difference between the number of flies attracted by the mixture compared to methyl eugenol used alone.Thus,by mixing appropriate amounts of two different attractants,an enhanced effect can be obtained.Attractant mixtures can effectively control female Dacus dorsalis.These results may be useful in improving attractant efficacy.
