外用中药治疗下肢顽固性皮肤溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　研究祛腐生肌散治疗下肢顽固性皮肤溃疡的效果。方法　选用蜈蚣、冰片等 5味中药 ,研末制成祛腐生肌散 ,换药时 ,撒薄层于无菌油纱布上 ,敷在伤口上或塞于伤口内。结果　 38例中 ,1个月治愈 14例、显效 15例、有效 9例 ,所有患者 3个月内全部治愈。结论　祛腐生肌散具有活血止痛、祛腐生肌之功效 ,治疗下肢顽固性皮肤溃疡疗效显著。Objective It is to study the effect of Qufushengji powder on the stubborn skin ulcer of lower limb.Methods Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine such as centipede and borneol etc. were chosen and triturated to be Qufushengji powder. The power was sprinkled on asepsis pledget when it was applied. Then the pledget was spreaded on the wound surface or stuffed in the wound.Results There were 14 cases cure, 15 cases obvious effect and 9 cases effect in 38 cases at one month after treatment. All patients were cured in three months.Conclusion Qufushengji powder has the effects of activating blood, releasing pain, eliminating necrotic tissue and growing musculature, and it has remarkable effect on the stubborn skin ulcer of lower limb.
