稳定配煤质量的途径

摘　　要：通过对来煤以及煤场现状的分析,指出济钢焦化厂在备煤工序上存在煤质难以判断、煤场容量小易导致混煤等问题,提出了利用煤岩分析仪判断来煤混煤情况和指导煤种堆放、建立煤场操作大票制度、利用20kg试验焦炉确定煤种结焦性等稳定配煤质量的措施。实施后,焦炭质量稳定,抗碎强度(M40)提高1.3%,耐磨强度(M10)改善0.47%,效果明显。Through analyzing for incoming coal and the status of coal yard, some problems included difficult estimation coal quality in the process of preparing coal and easy mixing different kinds of coal due to small volume of coal yard, were pointed out. The methods for stabilizing blending quality, such as estimating mixing coal condition of incoming coal and guiding stacking way for different coals by means of coal petrographic analyzer, establishing necessary operating way of coal yard, determining cokeability of several coals used of 20kg experimental coke-oven, etc, were put forward. The practice has proved that coke has stable quality, the resistance to crushing of coke (M40) is increased by a factor of 1.3%, the resistance to abrasion (M10) is improved by 0.47%, the effect of increasing coke quality is obvious.
