摘　　要：针对目前大力推广的按热量收费的供暖系统的一些不足 ,本文设计了一种独具特色的IC卡热量控制表 ,结合供暖部门的IC卡后台管理 ,实现供暖系统的按热量收取供暖费的目的。该表具有热量计量、热量控制、安全保护等功能 ,比现在的热量表功能更强大 ,更适合现有的各种供暖系统结构 ,有广泛的应用前景。文中介绍了这种表的工作原理 ,给出了其基本结构及功能 ,对其工作过程作了说明 ,并对其软、硬件设计方法作了简单的介绍。At present, heating systems with charge according to quantity of heat adopted are becoming popular. Due to some deficiencies in these systems, author designs new kind of controling calorimeter, and it can server as a part of heating system and be used in residents' rooms. The controling calorimeter provides such functions as heat count, heat control, security protect, and it is more powerful than traditional calorimeters, and suitable for more kinds of heating system constructions. Therefor, it has widely application prospect. In this paper, author introduces the basis principle of the controling calorirneter, and gives its foundmental constructions and functions. Then author explains the working process of this controling calorimeter, and the design way of its software and hardware.
