摘  要:以同步法制备不同配比的丙烯酸改性松香基环氧(ARER)/松节油聚酯型聚氨酯(TPPU)互穿网络体系。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析表明:在ARER/TPPU的IPN中2个网络有序反应的机率大于同时反应的机率;示差扫描量热法分析表明:所有的IPN均只有单个玻璃化转变温度(Tg),且当ARER为13%时,Tg值最高。扫描电镜结果进一步证实在IPN中TPPU和ARER有好的相容性。拉伸剪切强度等力学及物理性能表明:ARER和TPPU的配比对IPN的力学性能有一定的影响,且ARER质量分数为13%时IPN体系力学性能最佳。The interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) of acrylic-modified rosin resin epoxy(ARER)/turpentine polyester-polyurethane in different proportion was prepared,its FTIR spectra indicated that the ordered reaction probability of two phase in ARER/TPPU IPN was more than single phase,its DSC showed that the all cured compounds had only one Tg and the Tg was highest when ARER content was 13%,the SEM showed-that the compatibility of inter phase of IPN was better and its mechanical properties were effected by the proportion,and its mechanical of ARER/TPPU was the best when ARER content was 13%.
