青香丸(浓缩丸)抗炎镇痛及活血作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察青香丸 (浓缩丸 )抗炎镇痛和活血化瘀作用 ,研究该药的药理作用。方法 :采用巴豆油气囊法、扭体法、高分子右旋糖苷致小鼠微循环障碍法、盐酸肾上腺素加冰水刺激致急性血瘀模型等方法 ,观察青香丸 (浓缩丸 )的抗炎镇痛作用 ,对微循环、血栓形成及血液粘度的影响。结果 :青香丸 (浓缩丸 )明显减少大鼠巴豆油气囊肿的渗出液 (P <0 0 5 ) ,减轻肉芽组织的湿重和干重 (P <0 0 5 ) ;显著抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应 (P <0 0 0 1) ;明显减轻小鼠耳廓微循环障碍 ,增加血液流速 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ,改善血液流态 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ;明显缩短血瘀大鼠的血栓长度 (P <0 0 5 ) ,明显减轻血栓湿重和干重 (P <0 0 5 ) ;同时明显降低血瘀大鼠在切变率 30S-1及 5S-1下的全血粘度 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :提示青香丸 (浓缩丸 )具有镇痛、抑制增生性炎症。Objective:To study the antiinflammatory and analgesic actions of Qingxiang pill (concentrated) and its effect on blood circulation.Methods:Several animal experimental models,such as rat's granulation induced by croton oil,mice twisting up induced by acetic acid,mice microcirculatory disturbance induced by macromolecular dextran,and rat's model with hyper viscosity (RMHV) induced by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice water stimulation,were used,and the effects of Qingxiang pill (concentrated) on them were also observed. Results:Qingxiang pill (concentrated) could markedly reduce exudates of air cyst and weight of granulation tissue (P<0.05), inhibit body twisting times, improve blood flow rate and state. It could decrease the length and weight of thrombus,and the whole blood viscosity at different shears in RMHV significantly,too.Conclusion:Qingxiang pill (concentrated) has the functions of antiinflammation and analgesia,and it can also improve microcirculatory disturbance and blood viscosity.
