天泰Ⅰ号对老年性痴呆模型神经元RNA和Nissl体影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察天泰Ⅰ号对自发老年性痴呆模型学习记忆功能的影响。方法 :从 2 1月龄昆明种小鼠筛选出自发老年性痴呆 (记忆障碍 )鼠 ,随机分为 4组即空白对照组、西药对照组 (Hydergine 0 6mg/kg)、天泰Ⅰ号小剂量组 (6 8g/kg)、大剂量组 (2 0 4 0g/kg)、另设老年学习记忆正常组 (简称老年正常组 )。用跳台实验 (step -downtest)检测学习记忆成绩 ;脑组织冰冻切片 ,细胞化学方法显示大脑皮质和海马神经元内RNA和Nissl体 ,全自动显微图象分析系统定量检测相关脑区RNA和Nissl体含量。结果 :天泰 1号能显著改善自发老年性痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆障碍 ,并明显增高大脑皮质和海马锥体细胞的RNA和Nissl体含量 ,而且其作用呈现出一定的量效关系。结论 :天泰Objective:To observe the effect of tiantai I on study and memory ability of mice with senile dementia.Methods:Senile demertia mice were selected from 21-month-old mice,which were randomly devided into four groups:control group.cortrol with western medicirce group,normal senile group and tiantai I different dosage groups (6.80g/kg,20.4g/kg),mice was medicated for 60 days,step-down test was used to examine the ability of study and memory,cerebral and hippocampal neuronals RNA and Nissl were displayed by cytochemistry method and their contents were determined by full-automatic micropicture analytical system. Results:Tantai I could significantly improve the disturbance of stady and memory of senile dementia mice,obviously increase the contents of RNA and Nissl in cerebral and hippocampal pyramidal cell,the effect showed certain relation with dose of medicine.Conclusion:Tantai I could be nutrition and protect neuronals
