摘  要:21世纪是以数字化、网络化与信息化为特征的新经济时代。房地产业必须积极引入网络化经营观念 ,科学地制定房地产营销网站的发展规划和功能设计。一是将网站设计与信息功能的实现相匹配 ,全面考虑信息的广度、深度以及传播效果 ;二是将网站设计与目标市场的需求相匹配 ,建立静态型、动态型和智能型网站 ;三是将网站设计与营销理念的创新相匹配 ,突出体现网络营销的The 21st century is a new economic era which is characterized by digit, network and IT application. The industry of real estate should be active in introducing network ideas into its marketing and formulating programs for developing sales network and functioning design. One is to match the design of website with the realization of information function and to take into account the breadth, depth, and spreading effect of information. Another is to match the design of website with the demands of the target market and, according to the market, to form the idea of developing websites of static, dynamic and intelligent types. And another is to match the design of website with the innovation of marketing idea and to give full expression to the 7C principles of network marketing and apply them to real estate websites.
