摘　　要：随着中日关系及经济联系的发展变化,日本对华直接投资也呈不断波动的趋势。研究日本对华直接投资的变化规律将有助于我国更好地利用外资,加快经济发展的速度。Continual fluctuations have been witnessed in Japan抯 direct investment in China along with the development and changes of Sino-Japan relationship and economic connections. As a result, studies of the pattern of the variations of Japan抯 direct investment in China will benefit the country engaged in her effort to take advantage of foreign capital and to speed up the country抯 economic development.
